This Foundation Award is a modular raw food programme for those who don’t want a load of sugar, dates or nuts and DON’T want to spend hours in the kitchen (under 15 minutes would be preferable). Learn to make delicious raw food just like the professionals armed with a blender and lots of new techniques. No dehydrator required. Raw chef certification approved by The Vegetarian Society.
